All Kids Can Collective Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Overview

1.1 All Kids Can Collective is an educational membership program providing access to literacy resources, live lessons, and a supportive community for parents and children.

1.2 By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Membership Fees

2.1 The membership fee is a set price billed automatically each week, month or annually, depending on your chosen plan.

2.2 Annual memberships may include a discount or special inclusions, as specified at the time of purchase.

2.3 All payments are non-refundable after 30 days unless otherwise stated in these terms.

3.1 Weekly and Monthly Memberships
Members are free to cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven days before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of the membership.

3.2 Cancelling Your Membership
You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly at [email protected]. As with all cancellations, requests must be submitted at least seven days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for any remaining days in the billing period.

3.3Ā Annual Memberships

3.3.1 Non-Refundable Annual Payments: Annual memberships are paid upfront and are non-refundable. Once payment is made, members will not be entitled to a refund, either in part or full, for any unused portion of the membership term.


3.3.2 Cancellation of Annual Memberships: Members may cancel their annual membership at any time, but access to all resources and benefits will remain available for the remainder of the 12-month term. No prorated refunds will be issued for early cancellation.

4. Rejoining After Cancellation

4.1 Members who cancel may rejoin after a waiting period of 6 months.

4.2 Upon rejoining, members will be subject to the current membership rate, which may differ from the original rate.

5. Content Access and Usage

5.1 Membership includes access to all available resources for the duration of the active membership.

5.2 Content is for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

5.3 Unauthorised sharing may result in immediate membership termination without a refund.

6. Live Lessons

6.1 Live lessons are scheduled monthly and accessible via the member portal.

6.2 All live lessons are recorded and may capture the voices and faces of participants. By attending, you consent to this recording.

6.3 Lesson recordings are the property of All Kids Can Collective and may be used for educational or promotional purposes.

6.4 If you cannot attend live, recordings will be available in the member library.

6.5 New lessons will not be held during Queensland state-school holidays or public holidays. In the event of illness or other circumstances that prevent the live lesson from running, All Kids Can reserves the right to cancel the lesson without rescheduling. All participants will be notified in advance.

7. Member Conduct

7.1 Members are expected to engage respectfully within the community. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination without refund.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 We respect your privacy. Your personal information will be used only for managing your membership and will not be shared without your consent.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content, including lessons, worksheets, and guides, is the intellectual property of All Kids Can Education.

9.2 You are granted a non-transferable license to use this content for personal purposes only.

9.3 By participating in live lessons, you agree to the use of recordings for educational or promotional purposes.

10. Account Security

10.1 Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activities that occur under their account.

10.2 If you suspect any unauthorized use, notify us immediately.

11. Payment Failure

11.1 If a payment fails, members will be notified and have three days to update payment information before membership is suspended.

11.2 Continued payment failure may result in membership termination.

12. Member Support

12.1 Support is available for any issues or inquiries at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 48 hours during business hours.

13. No Guarantees

13.1 While our services aim to improve literacy skills, individual results may vary.

13.2 We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as progress depends on multiple factors, including the child's engagement.

14. Trial Periods and Promotions

14.1 From time to time, we may offer trial periods or promotions. These offers are subject to specific terms and may not be combined with other discounts.

14.2 After the trial period ends, the full membership rate will be charged unless cancelled before the trial ends.

15. Force Majeure

15.1 All Kids Can Collective is not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or internet outages.

16. Changes to Terms and Conditions

16.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with significant changes communicated to members via email or through the member portal.

16.2 Continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If a member disagrees, they may cancel their membership as per the cancellation policy.

17. Limitation of Liability

17.1 We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our content, including inaccuracies or errors.

17.2 Members are responsible for ensuring their devices are compatible with our content.

17.3 Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the member during the current subscription period.

18. Governing Law

18.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

19. Entire Agreement

19.1 These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and All Kids Can Collective.

20.Ā Early Termination by All Kids Can Collective

20.1 Program Discontinuation: In the event that All Kids Can Collective is discontinued before the end of your membership term, we will provide a minimum of 30 daysā€™ notice.

20.2 Refunds for Early Termination: Should the program end early, members will receive prorated refunds for the unused portion of their membership.

20.3 Alternative Options: Instead of a refund, we may offer alternative resources or programs to complete the remaining membership term, allowing members to choose between a refund or the alternative offering.
